Damn!!

It's been a bad bad time for work last 7-8 days....absolutely no results!! zilch!.....frustrating to the core, i donno wats going wrong, even the simplest of the PlasmidPrep, there is no room for errors and the f**king membrane gets torn off....i mean can u believe the height of bad luck!! @$#!**@ Feel like screaming out loud, the worst part is i can't do anything abt it but just try again n again till i get it right!!! Also the shiga2 clone is giving hard time...failed for the nth time...and they say it happens in mol bio...i have to get it done before this weekend at any cost!! DON'T GIVE UP!
